The terms, in plain words.

These terms are the agreement between your business and {company} when you use Printaloo. They are short on purpose.

1. In short

  • Free to start. 500 printed jobs a month, with no card and no end.
  • Pay monthly, stop any time. A paid plan renews on the 1st, and you can move to Free whenever you like.
  • Your files stay yours. We print them for you, and we use them for nothing else.
  • We say what happened. Printed means the printer took the job. Only a person can say it came out right.

2. Who we are

Printaloo is made by {company}, {address}, VAT number {vat}. Write to us at {email}.

3. Your account

The person who makes an account is its Owner, and answers for what the account does. Everyone the Owner invites follows these terms too.

Keep your API keys secret. If one leaks, stop it in the app at once: that cuts it off.

4. Plans and payment

Prices are in euros, before VAT, by the month, as the pricing page shows them.

A paid plan is paid in advance on the 1st, by card or from your bank account (SEPA), through Stripe. Jobs over your plan are paid with the next month.

A bigger plan starts at once, and the days left go on your next bill. A smaller one, or Free, starts on the 1st.

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again after 2, 5 and 12 days, and everything keeps working. Then the account goes back to Free, and nothing is deleted.

We don't refund a month that has started.

If a price goes up, you hear it by email at least 30 days before.

5. Using Printaloo well

Don't use Printaloo to break the law, to print what you have no right to print, or to harm our systems or anyone else's.

Each key and each account has limits a minute, so one mistake can't flood your printers.

We may stop a job, a key or an account that breaks these terms, and we tell you why.

6. Your data

Your files and jobs are yours. We keep and print them only for you, as the privacy page says.

For the files and jobs you send, these terms include our data processing agreement.

7. What we promise

We work to keep Printaloo running, and status.printaloo.com shows what our tests measure. We don't promise a share of time yet.

Printed means the printer took all of the job and reported no error. The paper, the ink and the printers are yours, and we can't answer for them.

If we stop a feature you use, you hear it by email at least 30 days before.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before, except where the law says otherwise.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time, in the app. 30 days later everything is gone; until then you can change your mind or download all of it.

We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice by email, or at once if an account breaks these terms badly.

10. When these terms change

If they change in a way that matters, account owners hear it by email at least 30 days before.

11. The law

Greek law applies, and the courts of {city} decide.
