What we keep, and why.
Printaloo keeps only what printing needs, in the European Union, for as long as you say.
1. In short
- Stored in the EU. Your account, files, previews and history stay in data centres in the European Union.
- No ads, no tracking. We don't sell data, show ads or follow you around the web.
- You decide how long. Keep files for good, delete them once printed, or after the days you choose.
- Yours to take or delete. Download all of it as one ZIP. Delete the account, and 30 days later it's all gone.
2. Who we are
Printaloo is made by {company}, {address}, VAT number {vat}. Write to us at {email}.
For the files and jobs your business sends, we work for your business: it decides, and we print. For your account and your invoices, we decide, and this page says how.
3. What we keep
- Your account. Your name, your email and the account's name, so you can sign in and hear what matters. While the account exists. There is no password: you sign in with a code sent to your email.
- The people in it. Their names, emails and roles. While they are in the account.
- Computers and printers. Their names, what they can do and when they were last seen, so each job goes to the right printer. While they are in the account.
- Jobs and their files. The file, its preview, its title and reference, and every step it took, so it prints and can print again. As long as you choose: for good, once printed, or after the days you set.
- The history of actions. Who made a key, added a computer or let an app in, for your account's safety. One year.
- Billing. Your plan, your invoices and the business details on them. Card and bank details stay with Stripe; we never see them. As long as tax law asks.
- Our servers' logs. Each request, with the address it came from, to find faults and stop abuse. 30 days.
4. Who helps us
Each works only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement.
- Cloudflare runs Printaloo, and keeps the files in the EU.
- Meteorack keeps the database and sends your sign-in codes, in the EU.
- Stripe takes payments.
- {provider} sends Greek invoices to myDATA.
5. Cookies
The app uses cookies only to work: to keep you signed in and to remember the account and the language you chose. This site uses none. There are no trackers anywhere.
6. Your rights
You can see, correct, download or delete your data, and object to how we use it. Most of it you do in the app; for the rest, write to {email}, and we answer within 30 days.
If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, dpa.gr.
7. When this changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, account owners hear it by email first.
